The Bellbird is primarily a clean platform
that takes pedals exceptionally well. It has a highly responsive
and interactive EQ section and it will overdrive beautifully
as the power is applied. It has a crisp, clean, room filling
sound which is free of compression artefacts.
The Greenstone Bellbird is entirely
built in New Zealand from components either manufactured
here or bought from local suppliers. |

| Custom Audio Boutique started life as Matamp
Distribution NZ - a company who specialised in importing
Matamp products from the UK to NZ in late-1999. |

| Today the newly-named company carries several new product lines
- 65Amps, Splawn, Matamp, Harry Joyce, Catalinbread, D*A*M,
MI Audio, Auxiliary Workshop, Frantone and Rothwell
Audio - but the principle is still the same: providing
high-quality, hand-made (and often customised) products to the New
Zealand market at the best possible price. |

| Company director Ryan Thomas spent over 10 years playing in Auckland
band Sommerset
where he developed a passion for tone and a serious case of what
is now known as Gear Acquisition Syndrome. |
